Required Liability Form

Before your appointment, please complete and sign our liability form. This form must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service.

Appointment Policies & Reminders

•
Please arrive with clean lashes (no mascara/lash glue).
•
Please avoid consuming any caffeine before your appointment.
•
Please do not wear contact lenses during your appointment.
•
No plus one's or additional guests are allowed during appointments.
•
Please arrive on time. If you are running late, please notify us. Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes will be treated as a no-show and cancelled.
•
For fill appointments, please come in with 45%-50% of your lash extensions remaining. Anything less than 45% will be considered a full set.

Foreign Fill Policy

Please inform me prior to booking if you have existing lash extensions from a previous technician (foreign fill). A consultation will be conducted during your appointment. If the lash extensions have not been applied correctly and I am unable to perform a fill, a removal + full set will be required. Please note that there is an additional fee for foreign fills.

Refund Policy

I do not offer refunds on services. If you have any concerns with the service received, please notify me within 24 hours and I will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. The complimentary fix must be submitted within 3 days of the previous appointment.

No refunds will be given due to allergic reactions as I offer a free allergy patch test. If you experience an allergic reaction, the removal will be free of charge and must be booked ASAP to avoid further irritation.

Aftercare Instructions

•
Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours after application.
•
Do not use oil-based products near your eyes or on your lashes.
•
Avoid rubbing or pulling on your lashes.
•
Do not use waterproof mascara or any mascara on your extensions.
•
Gently clean your lashes daily with a lash-safe cleanser.
•
Brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie brush.
•
Schedule regular fills every 2-3 weeks, to maintain your lashes.
•
Contact your technician immediately if you experience any irritation or discomfort.
